摘    要:分析了铝电解槽运行过程中多余电解质产生的原因,提出了一种用电解质块代替冰晶石作为装炉材料并结合不停电停启槽技术来降低铝电解槽焙烧启动费用的焙烧启动方案,并应用在150台大修槽上,降低了铝电解槽的焙烧启动费用。

Abstract:The causes for surplus electrolyte in the operation process of aluminum reduction cell were analyzed.A roasting start scheme which using electrolyte block to replace cryolite to be loading material,and combined with the technology of starting and stopping cell without power outage to reduce the roasting start cost for aluminum reduction cell were put forward.After the scheme applied in one hundred of fifty overhaul cells,the roasting start costs for aluminum reduction cell were reduced.
