合金型镍基自熔性碳化钨粉末及涂层性能研究

摘    要:镍基自熔性合金粉可有效增强工件耐磨性,在民用领域应用广泛。本文采用水雾化制备了合金型镍基自熔性碳化钨粉末,并采用两步法火焰喷焊进行喷涂试验,并与混合型镍基自熔性碳化钨粉末及涂层进行对比。分析了两种粉末及涂层的物理化学性能及强化方式。合金型镍基自熔性碳化钨粉末球形度好,氧含量低,自熔性好;喷焊层硬度高,微观组织均匀,性能与混合型相近。

Study on Properties of Alloyed Nickel-based Self-fluxing Tungsten Carbide Powder and Coating

Abstract:Nickel-based self-fluxing alloy powder can effectively enhance the wear resistance of the workpiece, which is widely used in civilian areas. By water atomization, the alloy-based self-fluxing nickel-tungsten carbide powder is manufactured and tested by a two-step flame spray. Comparing with the blended type powder, this article analyzes the physical and chemical properties of alloyed type powder, also the strengthening mechanism. Alloyed Nickel- based Self-fluxing Tungsten Carbide powder is spherical, self-fluxing good, has low oxygen content, high hardness of sprayed layer, uniform organization. The property of the alloyed type powder and coating is similar with the blended type.
