胸腺肽和乙肝疫苗与干扰素联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

目的 观察胰腺肽和乙肝疫苗与干扰素联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染的作用机理及其临床疗效。方法 74例慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者随机分为A、B两组。A组采用大剂量干扰素α-2b和胸腺肽及乙肝疫苗联合治疗;B组单用相同剂量干扰素α-2b治疗，疗程均为24周，随访6个月。结果 治疗结束时A与B两组ALT复常率均较高，但HBeAg、HBV DNA阴特率及随访(6个月)ALT复常率HBeAg,HBV DNA阴转率A组均优于B组。结论 干扰素α-2b和胸腺肽与乙肝疫苗联合治疗CHB，可缩短干扰素的使用时间，而且疗效持久，效果良好。

Clinical study on thymosin and hepatitis B vaccine combined with interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the mechanism and clinical effect of thymosin and hepatitis B vaccine combined with interferon for treating chronic hepatitis B infection (CHB). Methods 74 CHB patients were randomly divided into group A and group B, which were treated with large-dose of interferon a-ab and thymosin combined with hepatitis B vaccine, and with the same dose of interferon a-2b alone, respectively, for 24 weeks, and followed up for 6 months. Results By the end of treatment, the rate for ALT to recover to normal was higher and the rates for HbeAg, HBV and DNA to change to be negative in group A were superior to that in group B. Conclusion The combined treatment with interferon a-2b, thymosin and hepatitis B vaccine for CHB can shorten the duration of the use of interferon, with lasting and good effect.
