盐地碱蓬有效成分提取方法及工艺研究进展

摘    要:综述了盐地碱蓬中碱蓬籽油、黄酮、色素等有效成分的提取方法及工艺进展。盐地碱蓬提取方法主要包括溶剂浸提法、超声波或微波辅助提取法、超临界CO2萃取法。溶剂浸提法是提取碱蓬中碱蓬籽油、黄酮、色素的传统方法,超声波辅助和微波辅助提取将超声或微波技术引入碱蓬提取中,提高了提取效率。超临界CO2萃取技术应用于碱蓬提取,避免了溶剂回收和有机溶剂残留的问题,并且可实现原料的充分利用。碱蓬有效成分提取应向工艺整合以实现多种成分综合提取利用的方向发展。

Abstract:Extraction methods and technology of Suaeda salsa seed oil,flavonoids and pigment,et al from halophyte Suaeda salsa were reviewed. The extraction methods include solvent extraction method,ultrasonic-assisted extraction,microwave-assisted extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction. Solvent extraction methods were traditional method often used to extract Suaeda salsa seed oil,flavonoids and pigment from halophyte Suaeda salsa. Ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction were used to increase the efficiency. Supercritical CO2 extraction was applied in extraction of Suaeda salsa without recovery and residual of organic solvents and the raw material could be fully used. Suaeda salsa should be integrated utilized in the direction of integrated extraction process and utilization of various components.
