石油富萘馏分中萘的溶解度测定及预测

摘    要:采用零过冷度法实验测定了石油萘馏分的凝固点 ,做出了萘的溶解度曲线 ,并用UNIFAC模型及修正UNIFAC模型对溶解度进行了预测。在萘质量分数大于 16 %、对应凝固点约在 0℃以上时 ,用原UNIFAC模型按馏分的实际组成对石油萘馏分的溶解度进行预测可得到较为满意的结果。该估算萘在石油馏分中溶解度的方法可用于指导生产

Abstract:The congealing point of naphthalene in crude oil was determined by Zero Supercooling Method. The solubility curve of naphthalene was drawn and compared with the predicted value by original UNIFAC model and modified UNIFAC model. The predicted value of petro-naphthalene by original UNIFAC model were satisfied in higher solubility. Furthermore, more satisfied results could be obtained from simulated bi-system using original UNIFAC method. The method of predicting solubility of naphthalene in crude oil can be used for practical purpose.
