培养基pH对离体黄瓜子叶形成花芽的影响

摘    要:试验了在不同pH值培养基上培养和预培养对离休黄瓜子叶直接形成花芽的影响。在不更换培养基时,以pH6.5时花芽形成百分率最高。pH预培养时,以pH7.0预培养2d的效果最好,且花芽分化率高于不更换培养基的分化率,并使花芽形成高峰期提前20d左右。据结果推测,子叶培养开始后的1~4d内可能是花芽分化的关键时间段。

Abstract:The effect of culture and preculture with different medium pH was studied. When cotyledons were cultured with pH6. 5 medium,we could get the highest persentage of the floral formation. When precultured with pH7.0 medium,the persentage of the flower bud formation in cotyledons was 70 and optimal duration of the preculture was two days. The results showed the period from lst day to 4th day after cotyledon culturing was very important to the floral formation.
