摘    要:以H2O2/甲酸对模拟轻质油品中硫醚硫、噻吩硫进行氧化抽提脱硫实验,按照正交设计法中四因素二水平(H2O2的加入量、甲酸的加入量、反应时间与反应温度)的L8(27)表,规划具体的操作方案.通过对两种类型硫化物模拟轻质油品体系的8组脱硫率进行方差数据处理,分别得出各因素影响显著性的主次顺序,其中甲酸的加入量是最主要的影响因素.利用气相色谱与紫外吸收光谱依次对氧化反应前后的油、水两相检测,分析模拟体系中的硫化物组成与分布变化,发现硫醚在该过程中的主要产物为亚砜,平衡分配于油、水两相中;而噻吩仅是含量有所降低,在结构上没有明显变化,在此基础上解释了各类型硫的主次顺序差异以及噻吩类型的硫化物较难脱除的原因.

Abstract:The experiment of desulphurization through oxidation extraction was carried out. In the experiment H 2O 2/formic acid were used to desulfurize sulphur from butysulfide ,thiophene in simulated gasoline. The operations were designed according to the L 8(2 7) table of four factors (amount of H 2O 2, amount of formic acid, time of reaction, temperature of reaction) and two levels in the orthogonal designmethod. Though simulation of two kinds of sulphur,8 groups of desulfurizaton ratio were processed in variance. The significance order of each factor was obtained.The result shows that the formic acid is the most significant influence factor.Commpositions and properties of sulphur compounds were detected with the Gas Chromatogram and UV, the result was analyzed and it indicates that the main product from sulfoether, sulfoxide distributions is butyl sulfide, and the thiophene has no change in structure except the amount decreases little. Based on this result, the difference in order for each kind of sulphur and why the sulphur of thiophene type is difficult to be desulfurized were explained.
