摘    要:针对轴流压缩机在现场试车过程中出现的异常振动,通过数据分析与逻辑推理,确定了故障部位,利用频谱特性对故障部位可能出现的故障原因逐一排查,发现了联轴器螺栓缺陷故障,接下来制订了故障处理方案,实施后取得了良好效果。

Abstract:Abnormal vibration occurred in an axial compressor when site commissioning. According to data analysis and logical deduction,we positioned the vibration source,then checked fault reasons making use of frequency spectrum features and found bolt flaw in coupling. Based on the findings,we carried out scientific processing methods and availably solved vibration problems of axial compressor.
