充气式索膜结构工程及优化设计

摘    要:首先比较了张拉膜和充气膜的异同。通过一个充气膜的工程实例介绍了此类结构的设计和施工。基于非线性有限元UL格式,进行充气膜的形态分析和荷载分析,分析中充分考虑了充气膜的特殊之处。以测地线为裁剪线进行裁剪设计,得到充气膜结构的施工下料尺寸。建立了充气膜的优化设计模型,以工程造价为目标函数进行优化。

Abstract:The air-supported membrane structures were compared with the tension one in this paper.Design processes and construct courses of the air-supported membrane structure are introduced by one engineer example of this kind of structure.On the basis of nonlinear FEM,the shape-form analysis and load analysis are done and the peculiarity of this kind of structur was taken into account.In the cutting-pattern design,the geodesic lines are taken as cutting pattern line from which pattern shapes of air-supported membrane structure are gained.The optimize design model which consider engineer cost as the goal function is built.
