不同产地油茶果壳多糖含量的研究

摘    要:目的 建立油茶果壳多糖质量分数测定方法 ,研究产地对油茶果壳多糖质量分数的影响.方法采用水提醇沉法制备不同产地油茶果壳多糖,以苯酚-硫酸法结合紫外-可见分光光度法测定其质量分数.结果 不同产地油茶果壳多糖质量分数分别为:广东龙川1.96%、广西三江1.75%、江西上犹2.19%、浙江开化1.50%、湖南平江1.70%、湖北麻城1.33%、贵州黎平1.71%、云南腾冲1.78%、四川荣县1.50%、福建尤溪1.67%、安徽宿松1.42%、江苏常山1.36%、重庆1.54%.结论 不同产地油茶果壳中多糖质量分数存在一定差异,其中以江西上犹的质量分数最高,湖北麻城的最低.

Abstract:To establish a determination method of polysaccharides in fruit shell of Camellia oleifera Abe, and investigate the effect of different habitats on the content of polysaccharides. Methods Water extraction and alcohol precipitation method was adopted to prepare polysaccharides in fruit shell of Camellia oleifera Abe from different habitats, and phenol-sulfuric acid method and UV spectrophotometry were used to determine the contents. Results The polysaccharide contents from different habitats were as follows: Longchuan Guangdong 1.96%, Sanjiang Guangxi 1.75%, Shangyou Jiangxi 2.19%, Kaihua Zhejiang 1.50%, Pingjiang Hunan 1.70%, Macheng Hubei 1.33%, Liping Guizhou 1.71%, Tengchong Yunnan 1.78%,Rongxiang Sichuan 1.50%, Youxi Fujian 1.67%, Susong Anhui 1.42%, Changshan Jiangsu 1.36% and Chongqing 1.54%. Conclusion There is great difference in polysaccharide contents in Camellia oleifera Abe from different habitats, the content of total polysaccharides from Shangyou Jiangxi is the highest, while the content of total polysaccharides from Macheng Hubei is the lowest.
