| 摘 要： | 目的了解辽宁省城乡居民伤害发生水平与愈后特征，为伤害预防控制工作提供基本信息。方法采用多级抽样方法，对辽宁省3市3县18583名居民过去1a中的伤害情况进行调查。结果伤害发生率为19．16％，标化率为18．86％，农村（22．28％）明显高于城市（15．19％）。伤害类型前5位依次为锐器割刺伤（7．67％）、跌倒（3．55％）、撞击挤压伤（2．04％）、机动车交通事故（1．24％）和运动伤（1．20％），每例伤害平均失能时间为12．57d，伤害治疗率农村高于城市，致残率城市高于农村。结论辽宁省每年约1／5居民发生伤害，致残率为0．84％，急需开展有针对性的伤害防控工作。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To describe the incidence and distribution of injuries among the residents of Liaoning Province. Methods 18 583 subjects were randomly selected from three cities and three counties by multistage sampling method. The injuries occurred in the past 1 year were investigated by a household questionnaire. Results The standardized incident rate of injury was 18.86%, which was significantly higher in rural (22.28%) than that in urban (15.19%). The top five types of injury were cut/pierce (7.67%), fall (3.55%), struck/crush (2.04%), motor-vehicle accident (1.24%) and sports (1.20%). The disability rate of injuries in rural was higher than that in urban, the treat rate in rural was higher than that in urban. The mean of disability time of injuries was 12.57 days. Conclusions 20% residents in Liaoning experience injuries annually, the disability rate is 0.84%, the prevention and control of injuries is seriously warranted. |
