摘    要:提出了将2H桥-3H桥混合级联多电平逆变器作为静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)的主电路拓扑结构,分析了其工作原理。针对无功功率补偿,研究了2H桥-3H桥混合级联多电平逆变器的阶梯波EPWM控制方法,以较低的开关频率实现了质量较高的波形输出。在理论研究的基础上,对混合级联STATCOM的软、硬件进行了设计和样机实验。实验结果表明,2H桥-3H桥混合级联STATCOM成功实现了无功补偿,具有装置成本低、输出波形质量好以及开关频率低的特点。

Abstract:The 2H/3H hybrid multilevel inverter is proposed as the main circuit topology of smile synchronous compen-sator(STATCOM).The working principle of the topology is analyzed.For application in reactive power compensation,stair-waveform EPWM modulation is deeply researched to control the 2H/3H hybrid cascaded inverter.This modulation method can achieve waveform with high quality by low switching frequency.Based on theoretic analysis,the hardware and software of the STATCOM are designed.The hardware circuit uses two ARM7 embeded chips as the core,while the software is con-sisted of data acquisition software and main control software.The experimental results show that the prototype can compen-sate the reactive power,and has advantages on installation costs,switching frequency and quality of output waveform.
