自拟宣肺利咽止咳方结合西药治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效观察

目的：观察自拟宣肺利咽止咳方结合西药治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：选取门诊病人100例，随机分为治疗组和对照组：治疗组（60例）给予中药宣肺利咽止咳方随证加减治疗，另同时口服酮替芬片1mg，每日2次；对照组（40例）给予西药复方甘草片2片、美沙芬片15mg，每日3次，酮替芬片1mg，每日2次，口服。两组均服用1-2个疗程，统计疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率95．0％，对照组总有效率77．0％，经统计学处理P〈0．05，两组治疗结果具有显著性差异。结论：本法治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效确切。

Clinical Effect of the Laryngeal Cough Treated with Xuanfeiliyanzhikefang and Combined Western Medicine

Objective:In the study,we observe the clinical effect of the laryngeal cough treated with xuanfeiliyanzhikefang and combined western medicine.Methods:We divided 100 outpatients into two group at randomly in which are treatment group and control group.The treatment group(n=60) was treated with xuanfeiliyanzhikefang decoction combined with ketotifen with western medicine glycyrrhiza combinations 2 tab,Dextromethorhpan tablets 15mg,three times per day and ketotifen tablets 1mg,two times per day.Both of the two groups went through 1~2 treatment course.Clinical two times per day.Both of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0% The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0%.That in the control group were 77.0%.The results were statistically analyzed.There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a definite effect that xuanfeiliyanzhikefang decoction combined with tablet ketotifen treat laryngeal cough.
