摘    要:目的:建立加味逍遥丸中芍药苷、栀子苷同时测定的高效毛细管电泳分析方法.方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,缓冲体系为25 mmol·L -1硼砂缓冲液(NaOH调pH 10.5),熔融石英毛细管(60 cm x50 μm),运行电压25 kV,柱温25℃,检测波长230 nm.结果:芍药苷、栀子苷分别在0.0081 ~0.1626 g·L-1和0.023 8 ~0.475 6 g·L-线性关系良好(r =0.9998和0.9997),样品平均加样回收率为99.67% (RSD 1.27%)和99.36%( RSD 1.53%)结论:该方法简单、快速准确、重复性好,适用于加味逍遥丸的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective:To establish a new high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) method for determination of paeoniflorin and geniposide in Jiawei Xiaoyao pills.Method: Paeoniflorin and geniposide in Jiawei Xiaoyao pill were determined by using HPCE.The background electrolyte system selected was 25 mmol·L-1 sodium borate buffer(pH was adjusted to 10.5 by caustic soda).Capillary electrophoresis was performed using 60 cm×50 μm fused silica capillary column,applied voltage was 25 kV;temperature was 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Result:The linear range of paeoniflorin and geniposide was 0.008 1-0.162 6 g·L-1 and 0.023 8-0.475 6 g·L-1(r=0.999 8 and 0.999 7),and the average recovery was 99.67%(RSD 1.27%)and 99.36%(RSD 1.53%).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and reproducible,and could be used for the quality control of Jiawei Xiaoyao pills.
