市场中典型防辐射面料的效能分析

摘    要:针对电磁污染对人体健康的影响,本文采用YG461E型数字式透气量仪,对市场上几种典型电磁屏蔽面料的织物组织、织物中屏蔽材料含量、织物平方米质量等可能影响电磁屏蔽织物效果的因素进行研究。通过对银纤维织物进行透气性测试,并在显微镜下对银纤维和不锈钢纤维进行纤维横截面和纵截面的微观观察及理论分析,同时采用SN/T2161—2008纺织品防微波性能测试方法波导管法对不同规格防电磁辐射面料的屏蔽效能进行测试,测试结果表明,同一种面料的屏蔽效能有一定的差异,在织物组织规格相同的情况下,银纤维之间的间距越小,其屏蔽效果越好,即织物密度越大,织物的屏蔽效果越好,而且银纤维在织物中的含量越高,其织物的屏蔽效果越好;对于金属纤维,不锈钢纤维纱线的嵌织间距和纤维含量都对屏蔽效能有显著影响。该研究对合理有效的设计电磁屏蔽服装具有指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the electromagnetic pollution to the human body health influence, this paper adopts YG461E digital air permeability apparatus and studies the impact on the market of several typical electro- magnetic shielding fabric effect factors such as fabric structure, fabric ,shielding material content, fabric weight per square meter etc. Through air permeability test of the silver fabric, silver and stainless steel fi- bers under a microscope for micro-iher cross-sectional and longitudinal section of observation and theoreti- cal analysis, and for different types of anti electromagnetic radiation fabric shielding tube method was test- ed using the SN/T2161--2008 textile anti microwave performance test waveguide. The test result indicated that with a fabric its shielding effectiveness has some differences. In the fabric specification under the same conditions, the smaller the silver fiber spacing is, i. e. , the bigger the fabric density is, the better the shielding effect is. And the higher the content of silver fiber in the fabric, the better shielding effectiveness the fabric has. As for metal fiber, stainless steel fiber yarn interlaced content spacing had significant effect on shielding effectiveness. The study has significance on the effective and efficient design of electromagnet- ic shielding clothing.
