摘    要:对管理组织行为的研究是装备管理体系研究的一个重要组成部分.通过引入冲突管理理论,对装备管理组织冲突因素进行了定性分析,运用层次分析法,构建了装备管理组织冲突因素系统分析模型.通过计算,得出了与实际相符的结论,验证了模型,并对装备管理组织行为的调整方向提出了建议,

Abstract:Study of management organization behavior is an important part of researches to equipment management system. The organization conflict factors were analyzed qualitatively by introducing the theory of conflict management, systematic analysis model of equipment management organization conflict factors was set up by using the analytic hierarchy process. By computation the conclusions agreed with the facts were drawn and the model were verified. The suggestion to adjustment direction of organization behavior in equipment management was put forward.
