海上密集丛式井组再加密调整井网钻井技术探索与实践

总结了中国海洋石油总公司承担的国家科技重大专项示范工程中有关海上油气田整体调整加密技术研究进展和应用成效。该成果获得了以下3个方面的重大突破性进展：①首次在海上油气田实施整体调整和加密井网的开发技术方案和实践，为海上油气田今后有效提高采收率和开发效果提供了成功的借鉴；②首次在海上密集的丛式井网中，再钻调整加密的第二套加密井网，在钻井技术上取得成功和突破，特别是在定向井井眼轨迹和防碰绕障等方面技术水平大大提高；③首次在高孔高渗低压的疏松砂岩油气藏中成功采用了一整套储层保护技术，并取得良好的生产效果。同时将该成果应用于海上油气田开采中后期提高采收率领域，大大提升了定向井技术的管理水平和钻井能力，在生产过程中全部达到和超过了原单井的产量。上述技术的成功应用，将极大推动我国海上油气田开发生产能力建设，提升了我国海上丛式井、定向井钻井技术水平，是为今后海上油气田提高开发速度和钻完井技术水平进行的一次成功尝试和探索。

Research and practices of re-infill drilling technology for offshore close-spaced cluster-well pads
