长距离带式输送机的建模与观测器设计

摘    要:带式输送机的传统静态设计方法无法保证系统的稳定运行,也造成设备的浪费。采用动态设计法建立了带式输送机简易的有限元动力学模型,并采用全维观测器观测出了带式输送机起动过程中各段的速度情况和张力变化情况。通过对带式输送机的速度曲线和张力变化曲线的Matlab仿真,其结果符合预期要求,为研究和设计带式输送机的稳定运行奠定了基础。
