羟基磷灰石及其复合多孔支架材料的研究概况

摘    要:本文综合论述了羟基磷灰石及其多孔材料的性质,以及Ca—P“溶解-沉淀”机制对羟基磷灰石的骨传导特性的解释,概括了应用于医学骨组织领域的多孔高生物活性羟基磷灰石材料所要求具备的性能要求,并分析了羟基磷灰石复合材料的优点以及研究进展。

Abstract:This paper summarized physicochemical properties on hydroxyapatite and its porous materials, as well as,the interpretation of Ca-P dissolution-precipitation mechanism of hydroxyapatite for bone conduction characteristics.And it reviewed the performance requirements about high biological activity of porous hydroxyapatite materials used in the medical bone tissue field,and analyzed the advantages of hydroxyapatite composite materials as well as research advances.
