山莨菪碱对油酸型急性呼吸衰竭家兔的影响

摘    要:目的观察山莨菪碱对油酸型急性呼吸衰竭家兔肺损伤的保护作用。方法健康新西兰家兔30只随机分为对照组、模型组、山莨菪碱组,每组10只,测定各组家兔支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中蛋白质含量,并计算肺系数和肺比重;在光学显微镜下观察肺组织病理改变。结果对照组和山莨菪碱组家兔肺系数、肺比重和BALF中蛋白质含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01),对照组和山莨菪碱组家兔肺系数和BALF中蛋白质含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组家兔双肺呈粉红色,未见散在的淤血点和淤血斑,肺泡结构完整,偶见中性粒细胞。模型组家兔双肺充血水肿,呈暗红色,有散在的淤血点和融合的大面积淤血斑,肺泡间隔增宽,内充满淡色水肿液及大量的中性粒细胞浸润。山莨菪碱组家兔双肺呈粉红色,偶见散在的淤血点或淤血斑,肺泡结构基本完整,中性粒细胞显著少于模型组。结论山莨菪碱对油酸引起的家兔急性肺损伤有一定的防治作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the protective effect of anisodamine on lung injury in rabbits with acute respiratory failure induced by oleic acid.Methods Thirty healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control group,model group and anisodamine group,ten rabbits in each group.The protein contents of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were detected in all groups,and the lung coefficient was calculated.The pathological changes of lung tissues were observed by light microscope.Results The lung coefficient,pulmonary specific gravity and protein content of BALF in control group and anisodamine group were significantly lower than those in model group(P<0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference in the index between control group and anisodamine group(P>0.05).In control group,the lungs of rabbit were pink,there was no sporadic congestion points and congestion spots,alveolar structures were integrity with few neutrophil.In model group,the lungs were kermesinus with congestion,oedema and sporadic congestion points and congestion spots,alveolar septum widened with many pale colour oedema fluid and neutrophil.In anisodamine group,the lungs of rabbit were pink,there were few sporadic congestion points and congestion spots,alveolar structures were mainly integrity,and the neutrophils was less than that in model group.Conclusion Anisodamine has preventive effect on lung injury in rabbits with acute lung injury induced by oleic acid.
