基于SIMULINK的GE9FA重型燃机启动过程仿真研究

摘    要:针对GE 9FA单轴重型燃气轮机的启动过程进行了建模研究,采用简化处理方法建立了压气机的低转速特性,在Matlab/SIMULINK环境下建立了单轴重型燃气轮机启动过程数学模型,启动过程模型的仿真结果与现场的实际运行曲线的对比表明了本文得到的启动过程模型的正确性,能够满足工程使用的要求。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the modeling of the startup process of GE 9FA heavy-duty gas turbines.A simplified way has been adopted to estimate the performance of compressor in low speed range.A simulation model for full startup simulation of GE 9FA heavy-duty gas turbines has been constructed in Matlab/SIMULINK.The simulation results match with the field data and confirm the accuracy of the simulation model in full startup procedure.The results show that the model can satisfy the accuracy requirements in gas tur...
