振动刀套625Z轴承失效分析

Failure Analysis of 625Z Bearing Used for Knife Sleeve

The earlier failure of 625Zrolling bearing,used in the vibration knife sleeve in high-speed rotation,frequently happens in the life cycle.In order to obtain the failure reason,this paper statistics the bearing failure modes,gets the proportion of different failure forms,checks the rated life of bearing,and check on the quality of bearing,in the end it finds out that the grease color is abnormal.It concludes that lubrication failure is the main cause of bearing earlier failure.The grease need to be chosen according to the actual working condition of the bearing,at the same time,the manufacturing accuracy and fitting precision of the shaft need to be ensured.
