股骨双隧道双束异体肌腱保留残端重建后交叉韧带

目的：探讨股骨双隧道双束异体肌腱保留残端重建后交叉韧带的临床疗效。方法2011年1月至2012年1月，我院对56例后交叉韧带断裂患者行股骨双隧道双束异体肌腱保留残端重建后交叉韧带术。患者年龄18～52岁，平均32.7岁。男30例，女26例。术前国际膝关节文献委员会（ international knee documentationcommittee，IKDC）评分（46.6±3.7）分，Lysholm评分（50.5±4.2）分。结果本组病例术后均获得随访，随访时间为12～18个月，平均14.6个月。术后IKDC评分（89.2±2.3）分，Lysholm评分（91.5±2.7）分，与术前相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论股骨双隧道双束异体肌腱保留残端重建后交叉韧带能有效改善膝关节的功能及稳定性。

Double-bundle allograft tendon reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament with double-femur-tunnel and remnant preservation

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of double-bundle allograft tendon reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament （ PCL ） with double-femur-tunnel and remnant preservation.Methods From January 2011 to January 2012, 56 patients with PCL rupture were treated by double-bundle allograft tendon reconstruction of PCL with double-femur-tunnel and remnant preservation. Their average age was 32.7 years old （ range： 18-52 years ）. There were 30 males and 26 females. The preoperative International Knee Documentation Committee （ IKDC ） score was （ 46.6±3.7 ）, and the Lysholm score was （ 50.5±4.2 ）.Results All the patients were followed up for an average period of 14.6 months （ range： 12-18 months ）. The postoperative IKDC score was （ 89.2±2.3 ）, and the Lysholm score was （ 91.5±2.7 ）.Conclusions The function and stability of the knee will be effectively improved by double-bundle allograft tendon reconstruction of PCL with double-femur-tunnel and remnant preservation.
