临床护理路径用于腰椎间盘突出症介入治疗的体会

目的探讨临床护理路径用于腰椎间盘突出症介入治疗的护理效果。方法将92例腰椎间盘突出症介入治疗患者分为实验组和对照组各46例，实验组按临床护理路径护理，对照组按传统护理方法，观察两组病人疾病知识掌握，病人满意度，术后并发症，术后康复情况、住院时间、医疗费用进行分析。结果两组病人术后并发症（P〈0．01），术后康复情况比较（P〈0．05），住院时间，医疗费用等有显著差异，实验组优于对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论实施临床护理路径，能使医疗、护理工作进一步规范有序，增强病人掌握健康知识和康复能力，积极配合减少并发症以促进康复，缩短住院时间，降低住院费用，提高满意度和护理质量。

The study of clinical nursing path implemented in lubar intervertebral disc protrusion patients treated with interventional therapy

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of clinical nursing path for treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 92 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were allocated to intervention group and control group and each group has 46 cases of patients. The clinical nursing path was given to the intervention group and the traditional nursing was given to the control group. Disease-related knowledge, hospitalization time, the incidence of postoperative complications, postoperative recovery, medical expenses and patient satisfaction were observed and analyzed between two groups. Results The intervention group is superior to the control group in disease-related knowledge score, hospitalization time, the incidence of postoperative complications, medical expenses, health are satisfaction and postoperative recovery. The differences between two groups are significant （P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The implementation of clinical nursing path can ensure the work of medical and nursing more standard and orderly, enhance patient self-care ability, actively cooperate with the prevention and treatment of complications, shorten hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization costs, promote communication and interaction between nurses and patients and improve patients＇ satisfaction and quality of care and medical treatment.
