摘    要:以安全系统工程为基础,应用可靠性理论的事故树分析方法作为系统分析工具,建立了可以清楚反映泡沫除尘系统的相关因素和它们之间的因果逻辑关系的事故树;进而结合模型和相关试验结果,分析了泡沫除尘系统的各种途径,最后在原理上证明如果已知底事件的发生概率,就可以获得各底事件的重要度顺序进而对抑制煤尘的系统机制进行分析和评价。

Abstract:Based on the security system engineering, the fault tree analysis method with the reliability theory is applied as a system analysis tool to create a fault tree which can clearly reflect the relevant factors in the foam dust removal system and their cause-results logical relationship. In combination with foam capture model and the related experimental results, various proposals on the foam dust control system are analyzed. Finally, it is proved that the probability of events occurrence and the importance order of each bottom event can be obtained from the foam dust removal system. By building a proper mathematical model, the mechanisms of coal dust control system is analyzed and evaluated.
