| Abstract: | A method is proposed for modifying analytical models of linear nonproportionally damped structures. The present method uses the orthogonality relationship to improve mass and damping matrices and the dynamic equation to improve stiffness matrix. Two examples are given to show the validity of the proposed metod. |
