安徽省调调度员培训仿真系统实时数据的采集

安徽省调调度员培训仿真系统（DTS）自1997年使用以来，取得了不少经验，同时也发现了一些值得改进的地方，特别是在DTS培训初始潮流的准备方面。根据DTS应用的经验和现有的条件，研究了一种解决DTS从实时系统获取数据建立初始潮流的方法。该方法通过对实际情况的分析和对外部电网的简化，确定了需要而且能够从实时系统中获取的初始数据，并以此建立初始潮流。应用结果表明，该方法实现较简单，操作简便、灵活，所建立的初始潮流能够满足实时培训仿真的需要。

REAL-TIME DATA COLLECTION OF DISPATCHER TRAINING SYSTEM FOR ANHUI PROVINCIAL POWER DISPATCH CENTRE

Since 1997 the DTS is used in Anhui Provincial Power Dispatching Center, a lot o f experiences are acquired, and some problems having to be improved are found, e specially in the preparation of initial data for original power flows before DTS is used. According to the experiences of DTS application and existing condition a method of obtaining real-time data and building original power flows of DTS with them is studied. In this method on the basis of analyzing the actual situat ion and simplifying the outside network, the data which have to be colected and can be obtained from real-time system are determined, then the initi al power flows of DTS are built. The applications of the method show that the me thod is simple, flexible and easy to use. The examples show that the original po wer flows built by this method is reliable and can meet the need of real-time t raining and simulation.
