| 摘 要： | 目的调查分析外伤后癫痫患者与其配偶各自的心理状况特征，并比较其差异。方法以原发性癫痫及中国常模对照，使用90项症状自评量表（SCL-90），汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）对122例外伤后癫痫患者与其配偶进行调查。结果所有癫痫患者及其配偶SCL-90各因子分均显著高于国内常模（P〈0.01），但因子分值的分布各有其特点；外伤后癫痫患者及配偶多项因子分显著高于原发性癫痫（P〈0.01）。外伤后癫痫配偶的抑郁及焦虑情绪显著高于患者（P〈0.01）。结论较之原发性癫痫，外伤后癫痫患者及其配偶存在更为突出的心身障碍，但表现不同。
