尿激酶对急性心肌梗死老龄鼠血液流变学及血浆内皮素浓度的影响

摘    要:目的 :研究尿激酶对急性心肌梗死 (acutemyocardialinfarction ,AMI)老龄鼠血液流变学及血浆内皮素(endothelin ,ET)浓度的影响 ,以探讨尿激酶治疗AMI的非溶栓机制。方法 :异丙肾上腺素腹腔注射制备老龄鼠AMI模型 ,尿激酶腹腔注射进行AMI溶栓治疗 ;设正常对照组、AMI组 (AMI 1d)、尿激酶溶栓组 (AMI尿激酶治疗 1d) ,测定 3组中各血液流变学指数及血浆ET的浓度。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,AMI组各项血液流变学指数及血浆ET浓度均显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而尿激酶溶栓组中大部分血液流变学指数与血浆ET浓度均显著低于AMI组(P <0 0 5 ) ,其中部分血液流变学指数与血浆ET浓度之间呈显著相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :尿激酶作为纤溶酶原激活剂 ,可部分改善AMI局部冠脉血液循环并逆转血浆ET浓度的病理性升高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the non fibrolytic mechanism effects of urokinase on indexes of hemorheology as well as on plasma endothelin (ET) in elderly rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods Indexes of hemorheology and plasma endothelin were measured in normal elderly rats, isopropylarterenol induced AMI elderly rats and urokinase treated AMI elderly rats. Results Compared to normal control, indexes of hemorheology and plasma endothelin all increased significantly one day after AMI ( P <0 05). In urokinase treated AMI elderly rats, most of indexes of hemorheology and plasma level of endothelin were significantly lower than those in AMI group ( P <0 05), and some indexes of hemorheology were related with the level of endothelin significantly ( P <0 01). Conclusion As a plasminogen activator, urokinase could partially improve coronary circulation and reverse the pathological increase in plasma endothelin induced by AMI.
