摘    要:研究了数控切绘机自动编程系统的关键技术,并给出了实现方法。该系统首先通过扫描获取样板的数字图像作为输入,然后利用数学形态学进行去除噪声,采用链码跟踪方法记录图像的边缘轮廓,最后使用分段拟合的方法将图像矢量化,从而根据矢量图生成数控代码。实验结果表明,该系统能根据样板的数字图像自动生成数控代码,效果良好。

Abstract:The key technologies of the automatic programming system of the numerical control cutting plotter are studied, and moreover, the realization methods are presented. In this system, the input is a scanning image of the pattern. Then the image noise is removed by the mathematical morphology, and the contour of the image is obtained through chain-code tracking. In the end, the subsection fitting method is used to vector the image, thereby the numerical control code is automatically generated according to the vectorgraph. The experiment results show that the system can automatically generate the numerical control code according to the digital image of the pattern. The effect is all right.
