摘    要:为处理高浓度难降解中药废水,采用交叉流好氧反应池(CAR)作为生物处理的最后方法进行了生产规模试验研究.从CAR反应池的运行情况和微生物相观察来看,虽容积然经过两相厌氧工艺处理后进入到CAR的废水仍属不易生物降解废水,而且浓度高(3-4g/L以上),COD容积负荷大(5-6kg/m3.d),CAR仍可以发挥传统好氧反应池难以达到的效力:填料迅速挂膜、微生物生长良好、去除率99%以上、出水稳定且达到松花江水系排放标准.运行结果证明了,CAR反应池的独特专利结构,使它具有高效性和抗冲击负荷能力,更适宜处理经过一定可生化性调节的高浓度难降解工业废水.
