| 摘 要： | 对三峡电站水轮机转轮叶片的数控加工工艺进行了详细的描述，主要有：（1）巨型叶片测量立式划线平台的设计；（2）网格状无底板式新型铣胎的研制；（3）叶片加工过程中变形的控制；（4）分片加工程序的编制；（5）各种加工参数的确定。在实际中应用效果很好，可以在其他机组叶片加工中推广应用。

| Abstract: | NC-machining process for the machining of the hydro-turbines for Three Gorges Power Plant is described in detail herein.The process mainly consists of:(1)the design of the vertical line-marking platform for measurement of giant blades; (2)the development of new type milling attachment;(3)the control of the deformation during the machining process of the blades;(4)the programming of the machining proeess;(5)the determination of various parameters concerned for the machi- ning.The technology described herein is better used in practice,and then can be applied to the other machining of the turbine blades as well. |
