内外合治治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床观察

目的观察内外合治治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法选取笔者所在医院2010年1月～2014年1月收治的复发性口腔溃疡患者94例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各47例,治疗组采用内外合治,对照组采用西药常规治疗。结果治疗组近期及远期有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论内外合治治疗复发性口腔溃疡的近远期疗效均明显优于西医,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of recurrent oral ulcer treated by internal and external treatment

Objective To observe the clinical effect of recurrent oral ulcer treated by internal and external treatment.Methods 94 recurrent oral ulcer patients were chosen in our hospital from 2010 January to 2014 January,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,47 cases in each group,the treatment group were treated with method of internal and external treatment,control group were treated with conventional treatment of Western medicine.Results The short term and long term effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Internal and external treatment in treating recurrent oral ulcer from both near,long-term curative effect is significantly better than the western medicine,it is worth of the clinical promotion.
