| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个基于Pro／E软件开发的剪板机特征实体参数化建模和虚拟装配设计平台。利用Pro／E软件基于特征的参数化建模手段，完成了剪板机三维零件模型的建立；将Pro／E的Assembly模块的虚拟装配机理与实际装配经验相结合．完成了剪板机各子部件装配及整体装配，并对关键部件进行装配分析；利用Pro／E的Drawing模块生成2D工程图。该设计缩短了新产品设计和制造周期，降低了研发成本，增强了企业快速响应市场变化的能力。
