宫腔镜通液联合中西药治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症临床研究。

目的：探讨宫腔镜通液术联合中西药治疗输卵管堵塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法：200例输卵管堵塞性不孕症患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例，对照组单独采用宫腔镜通液术，治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药热敷和灌肠保留治疗。3个月经周期为1个疗程，连续使用3个疗程，观察输卵管复畅情况。结果：双侧输卵管阻塞复畅情况：治疗组复通率63．33％，对照组复通率32．26％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；单侧输卵管阻塞复畅情况：治疗组复通率65．71％，对照组复通率47．83％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组受孕率为48％，对照组受孕率为35％。结论：宫腔镜通液术中、术后应用药物联合治疗，大大提高输卵管阻塞性不孕症的治愈率，缩短了治疗周期。

Clinical Research on Hysteroscope Canalization Liquid Combined with the Integration of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Treating Tubal Obstruction Infertility

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effects of hysteroscope canalization liquid combined with the integration of Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating tubal obstruction infertility. Methods：200 cases of patients with tubal obstruction infertility were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with each of 100 cases. The control group was treated by hysteroscope canalization liquid,while the treatment group was additionally given hot compress with Chinese herbal and enteroclysis conservation therapy based on the control group. 3 menstrual cycles were one course of treatment. After continuous treatment of three courses, the recovering smooth condition of fallopian tube was observed. Results ： Recovering smooth condition of bilateral fallopian tube obstruction was as follows ：effective rate in the treatment group was 63.33 %, while the rate in the control group was 32.26% and difference of comparison between two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; recovering smooth condition of unilateral fallopian tube obstruction was as follows：effective rate in the treatment group was 65.71% ,while the rate in the control group was 47.83% and the difference of comparison between two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 48%, while the rate in the control group was 35%. Conclusion：Combining hysteroscope canalization liquid with medicine therapy has greatly improved the curative rate of fallopian tube obstruction, shortened treatment cycle and reduced economic and psychological burden of patients.
