中医中药治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效观察

目的 观察中药治疗过敏性紫癜性的疗效.方法 将48例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为2组,治疗组24例,给予中医中药辩证施治治疗.对照组24例,应用肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗.观察2组临床疗效及治疗后近期的复发率.结果 治疗组治疗后的总有效率为95.8%,停药后3个月复发率为4.2%.对照组的总有效率为70.8%,停药后3个月复发率为29.2%.治疗组患者的疗效显著优于对照组,且复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 中医中药辨证治疗过敏性紫癜疗效优于西医激素治疗.

Chinese medicine treatment of allergic purpura curative effect observation

Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of allergic purpura curative effect. Methods 48 cases of allergic purpura patients were randomly divided into two groups,24 cases in the treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy treatment. The control group of 24 cases, application of adrenal corticosteroid therapy. Two groups were observed after the treatment of clinical efficacy and recent recurrence rate. Results The treatment group after treatment, the total effective rate was 95.8% ,3 months after stopping a recurrence rate of 4.2%. The control group in the total efficiency of 70. 8% ,3 months after stopping a recurrence rate of 29.2%. the curative effect of the patients in the treatment group was better than the control group, and the recurrence rate is significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of allergic purpura with hormone thera- py is superior to Western medicine.
