摘    要:分析了气动打标的基本原理,针对在大尺寸气瓶类工件肩部曲面上打标时定位误差大、标记不清晰和缺陷标识的不足,设计和研发了打标机空间曲面高精定位架构技术、快排式气动冲击高清打标技术及CCD图像优化打标区域技术并集成应用,实现了基于大尺寸曲面的精确可靠清晰的气动打标样机的研制试验表明:高压天然气瓶钢印字符定位准确分布广、标记清晰深度适中、标记完整质量高,研究成果得以充分的验证和应用,具有广阔的市场和经济前景。

Abstract:The basic theory of pneumatic marking machine is analyzed.To solve the problems such as big error in positioning,unclear in marking and lack in defective marking in connection with large-scale work-piece,a new pneumatic marking machine was designed and manufactured,which integrated three-in technology :the CCD image marking region optimization processing technology,the quick exhaust pneumatic marking technology and the accurate positioning technology based on spatial curved surface.The test for marking machine performance shows that the mark of the high-pressure gas bottles is clear,the depth of the mark is comfortable and the positioning precision is higher.Research achievements have been verified ade quately and applied with a wide application prospect.
