摘    要:从新能源汽车电子产品的需求、DFSS设计的特点和设计流程出发,对如何把DFSS设计应用于汽车电子产品设计进行了探讨;并通过一个整车控制器设计实例详细地说明了DFSS在新能源汽车电子产品开发中的应用,设计结果表明,利用DFSS进行汽车电子产品设计不但能够保证产品的质量并满足客户的需求,同时还能够大大降低产品的成本。应用实践表明,DFSS设计方法已成为新能源汽车电子产品竞争的重要推动力。

Abstract:The application of design for six Sigma(DFSS)technique to the electronic product design in new energy vehicles is investigated.The application of DFSS methodology in the electronic product design of new energy vehicles is displayed through a detailed VCU(Vehicle Controller Unit)design example,and it is shown according to the design result that 6 Sigma design makes the designed product meeting the requirements of customers and reducing the product cost heavily.It is concluded that DFSS methodology has been the important impetus in the competition of electronic product for new energy vehicles.
