灭钉螺微生物初步筛选试验

摘    要:从钉螺体内分离到2株有较高灭螺作用的真菌菌株D1和D2,室内浸泡杀螺,24 h钉螺死亡率均为60%以上,48 h后钉螺死亡率均为100%。2株菌株经形态学观察并结合分子生物学测定,初步确定为木霉属真菌和毛霉属真菌。

Abstract:Two effective fungi strains(D1 and D2) were isolated from oncomelania,and the immersion test of killing Oncomelania hupensis in lab showed that the mortalities of Strains D1 and D2 became more than 60% after immersing for 24 h and reached 100% after immersing for 48 h or more.Strain D1 was prelimiarily identified as in Genus Trichoderma and Strain D2 was in Mucor.
