天津市蓟县医疗机构消毒效果监测与分析

目的了解天津市蓟县医疗机构消毒质量状况,分析存在问题,为评价和提高医疗机构消毒质量提供依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法对医疗机构消毒质量进行监测,监测项目包括使用中的消毒剂、空气、物体表面、医护人员手、紫外线灯和压力蒸汽灭菌器。结果医疗机构消毒效果平均合格率为88.10%。监测项目中,使用中消毒剂合格率最高,为94.44%;高压蒸汽灭菌器合格率最低,仅71.43%;二级及以上医院消毒灭菌质量优于一级医院和社会办医机构,合格率分别为96.12%、86.06%和69.57%。结论医疗机构消毒灭菌效果不甚乐观,应加强对基层医疗机构消毒管理,加强医务人员培训,提高消毒质量,控制医院内感染。

Analysis on disinfection quality of medical institutions in Ji county of Tianjin

Objective To understand the disinfection quality situation of medical institutions,analyze the problems and provide basis for evaluation and improvement the disinfection quality of medical institutions.Method Field investigation and sampling examination method were used for monitoring the disinfection quality of medical institutions.Monitoring items including disinfectants in using,air,object surfaces,the hands of medical personnel,ultraviolet lamp and high pressure steam sterilizer.Results The average qualified rate of disinfection in medical institutions was 88.10%.Among monitoring items,the qualified rate of disinfectants in using was the highest,reaching to 94.44%.High pressure steam sterilizer was the lowest,it was only 71.43%.Disinfection quality of secondary and tertiary level hospitals was better than that of first level hospitals and social medical institutions,the qualified rates were 96.12%,86.06% and 69.57%,respectively.Conclusions The disinfection effect was not optimistic in medical institutions.The disinfection management of grassroots medical institutions should be enhance,training of medical staff should be strengthen,disinfection quality should be improved and control of nosocomial infection.
