一种基于区域灰度值的路径探测细胞分割方法

目前国内外很多研究人员提出各种各样的细胞分割方法，但是由于医学图像的复杂性．不同图像之间差异巨大，没有一种方法是通用的，只能具体情况具体分析。针对医学彗星图像中，两个彗星细胞粘连的情况，提出一种基于区域灰度值的路径探测方法．对粘连细胞进行分割。实验结果表明，该方法可以取得较理想的分割效果。

A Path Detected Method for Cell Image Segmentation Based on Regional Gray Level

Many researchers at home and abroad proposed a wide variety of cell segmentation methods at present. However, as the complexity of medical images, there is no universal method due to huge differences between different images, so we can only analyze special circumstances. Proposes a path detected segmentation method based on regional gray level for the case of two comet cells adhesion in medical images. The experiment shows that this method could perfectly separate the two adhesion ceils.
