甲基紫溶液超声波降解的实验研究

摘    要:研究了甲基紫溶液的超声波降解动力学,并考察了温度、介质酸度、催化剂对降解速率的影响。结果表明,甲基紫的降解反应为一级反应,反应速率常数为1.35×10^-2min^-1。在20~45℃范围内,温度对甲基紫降解不明显;当温度大于80℃时,降解率明显下降。介质的酸度对甲基紫的降解影响较大.酸性、中性条件下,甲基紫的降解效果好;当pH值大于10时,降解速率明显下降。在反应液中加入碘离子,能抑制甲基紫的降解。

Abstract:The ultrasonic degradation of methyl violet solution is discussed.The effects of reaction temperature,acidity of solution,and catalyst on degradation rate are studied.The degradation reaction is first-order reaction and the kinetic parameter is 1.35×10~(-2)min~(-1).There is no obvious change on the degradation rate under 20-45℃.When the temperature is higher than 80℃,the degradation rate drops obviously.The acidity of solution has great effects on the degradation of methyl violet. Acidity and neutro-condition are favorable to the degradation efficiency.The degradation rate reduces obviously when pH value is higher than 10.Degradation of methyl violet is restrained after adding I~-.
