甘肃省定西市大骨节病监测分析

摘    要:目的了解甘肃省定西市大骨节病病情动态,为制定大骨节病防治措施提供科学依据。方法选取定西市大骨节病病情较重的3个村作为监测点,2008—2012年连续对监测点7~12岁儿童进行临床、X线检查及发硒检测,测定居民食盐硒含量。结果 7~12岁儿童临床早期病例检出率由2008年的8.82%降至2012年的1.61%,X线检出率由2008年的5.29%降到2012年的1.61%,防治效果显著。结论定西市大骨节病处于平稳低发态势,应继续加强大骨节病病情监测工作,积极开展病因研究,探索一条科学、合理、有效的补硒途径。

Abstract:Objective To know situation and trend of Kashin-beck disease in Dingxi City, and provide scientific basis for formulating measure of Kaschin-beck disease prevention and control. Methods Three villages with severe Kashin-beck disease were selected as monitoring point in Dingxi City. Children of 7-12 year-old from the monitoring point were undertaken clinical detection, X-ray examination and hair selenium determination continuously during 2008—2012. Selenium content of salt was measured. Results Detection rate of children at age of 7-12 year-old of early clinical case reduced from8.82% in 2008 to 1.61% in 2012, and detection rate of X-ray decreased from 5.29% in 2008 down to 1.61% in 2012. Control effect is significant. Conclusions Kashin-beck disease shows a stable and low trend. Surveillance should be further strengthened to actively carry out etiology research, and discover an effective, scientific and reasonable way of selenium supplement.
