Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of hyperuricemia to NO and ET-1 serum level.Methods:NO and ET-1 serum level was measured in 45 patients with hyperuicemia(HUA) and 47 normal uric acid subjects(NUA).Results:NO level in HUA was siguificautly lower than that in NUA(P<0.01),ET-1 level in HUA was siguificautly higher than that in NUA(P<0.01).Conclusion:hyperuricemia is a risk factor of endothelial dysfunction,and it is correlated with hypertension and athrosclerosis.
