金属多孔纤维毡气体过滤性能测试与分析

摘    要:通过测试不同孔径纤维毡滤材的过滤效率、初阻力和容尘量,分析了孔径对这三种性能的影响,主要从纤维毡的孔径特点上分析了滤料对粉尘的拦截机理;另外,测试了同种样品在不同流量下的过滤效率和阻力,分析了气体流量对过滤效率和阻力的影响,这种影响主要是气体流量大小对颗粒运动方向所产生的。同种样品在粉尘浓度不变,流量较小时,在0.2~0.3μm颗粒段,粒径越大效率越低;同样在粉尘浓度和流量不变,样品孔径较大时,也存在这种现象。

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of pore size on the filtration efficiency, initial resistance and dust-holding capacity were investigated by testing these performance of different pore size fiber samples. The interception mechanism of dust particle were specially analyzed from pore feature of fiber. At the meantime, the filtration efficiency and resistance of the same sample under different flow rates were measured and analyzed. The impact of gas flow on filtration efficiency and resistance were generated duo to the change of particle movement direction. In addition ,for the same test condition and sample, the bigger particle size is, the lower efficiency it is under small flow in 0.2 - 0.3μm partical range. This phenomenon also exists in bigger pore size sample.
