用NIRDRS指纹图谱集鉴别三种中药材

目的应用配发的车载近红外系统对选中中药材扫描建立模型库,然后对待检样品进行快速定性鉴别。方法用三种数学预处理方法(原谱、一阶导数光谱、二阶导数光谱)在不同的吸收谱段建立了艾叶、蓝桉、楮实子3种中药材的NIRDRS指纹模型库,对待检样品进行鉴别。结果用此技术能快速,无损伤的鉴别3种中药材。结论该方法方便,准确,能较全面的反应样品信息,可以在日常监管工作中使用。

Use NIRDRS Fingerprint Set to Identify Three Types of Chinese Herbal Medicine

Objective To use allotted car NIRDRS to select Chinese herbal medicine scanning model library, then the samples waiting for rapid qualitative identification. Methods Three kinds of mathematical pretreatment method （the original spectrum, a derivative spectrum and second derivative spectrum） in different absorption spectrum DuanJianLi the argyi, eucalyptus globulus, paper mulberry fruit of three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine NIRDRS fingerprint model base, the influenza virus sample were identified. Results Using this technique can quickly, no damage identification of three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine. Conclosion This method is convenient, accurate, and can be more comprehensive reaction sample information, and can be used in the daily supervision work.
