| 摘 要： | 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定痹痛定胶囊中青藤碱含量的方法。方法色谱柱为KromasilTMC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.15%乙二胺水溶液(55∶45),流速为0.7mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为262nm。结果青藤碱在0.3958~7.916μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.27%(RSD=1.56%)。结论本方法灵敏、准确、快速,可用于痹痛定胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of sinomenine in Bitongding capsules by HPLC.METHODS:KromasilTM C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was adopted.The mobile phase was methanol-0.15%Ethylenediamine aqueous solution(55∶45);the flow rate,0.7mL·min-1;the column temperature,30℃;the detection wavelength,262nm.RES_ ULTS:The linear range of sinomenine was 0.395 8～7.916μg and the average recovery rate was 98.27%(RSD=1.56%).CO_ NCLUSION:The method is sensitive,accurate and rapid,and suitable for the quality control of Bitongding capsules. |
