摘    要:采用丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPs)、丙烯酸(AA)等3种有机单体和一种无机材料,在2种交联剂作用下聚合成抗高温储层暂堵剂.考察了无机材料含量和交联剂使用对产物性能的影响,结果表明,加入适量的无机材料和使用交联剂可以大幅改善聚合物的综合性能.合成的暂堵剂在淡水基浆、盐水基浆、饱和盐水基浆和复合盐水基浆中均具有较好的降滤失作用,抗温可达150℃,并与聚磺钻井液体系具有一定的配伍性;在钻井液或水溶液中高温老化后保持良好形态,结构完整,表现出较强的抗温稳定性,可长效发挥暂堵作用和降滤失的效果,基本能满足现场施工的要求.酸溶性实验表明,该暂堵剂的酸溶率可达到90%以上,满足酸化解堵的要求.岩心流动实验结果表明,合成暂堵剂具有较高的渗透率恢复值,可有效提高深层高压低渗储层的保护效果.

Abstract:The reservoir temporary plugging agent with high temperature - resistance was synthesized from the raw materials including three monomers such as acrylamide ( AM ) , 2 - acrylamido - 2 - methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS), and acrylic acid (AA), an inorganic substance, and two cross -linking agents. The influences of the content of the inorganic material and the use of cross - linking agents on the performances of the polymer were investigated. significantly improved bv addinz And the results showed that the performances of the polymer could be aoorooriate amount of inorganic substance and using,crosslinking agent The temporary plugging agent had filtrate loss reduction and temperature -resistance of 150 °C in fresh water, brine, saturated brine and complex brine base mud and had good compatibility with polysulfonate drilling fluid system. The agent had a complete structure and shapeliness after aging at high temperature, which displayed that the agent had high temperature stability and the effects of temporary plugging and filtrate loss reduction for a long time. So the agent should meet the requirement of the working site. The acid soluble experiment showed that the acid soluble rate of the temporary plugging agent could be more than 90% and met the requirement of acidizing plugging removal. The core flow experiment showed that the temporary plugging agent had high permeability recovery value and could effectively improve the protection effect of deep, high - pressure, and low - permeability reservoirs.
