矿用通风机性能曲线的插值方法研究

摘    要:提出了导数相同点连线插值法和基线法线插值法两种求解风机特性曲线方程的方法。以BD№30风机风压特性曲线(H-Q)为例,得出了各种方法绝对误差最小的使用范围。通过上述研究可以获取任意叶片角度下近似的风机风压特性曲线,为矿井通风系统设计、优化等研究提供基础数据支持。

Abstract:Interpolation method of the line with the equal derivatives(IMLD) and interpolation method of baseline normal(IMBN) are put forward to calculate the equation of characteristic curve of fan.Using the data of air pressure curve(H-Q) of BD №30,we can obtain the range of application of IMLD and IMBN.In conclusion,the equation of characteristic curve of any fan blade angle can be obtained through these two methods.It can provide the basic data for design and optimization of mine ventilation system.
