个体化舒适体位护理对输尿管结石微创手术患者术后疼痛程度及生存质量的影响

目的探讨个体化舒适体位护理对输尿管结石微创手术患者术后疼痛程度及生存质量的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年8月在我院行微创手术治疗的输尿管结石患者529例为研究对象,根据不同的护理方式将其分为对照组(264例)及研究组(265例)。对照组行常规护理,研究组行个体化舒适体位护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组的手术用时及住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的VAS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的食欲、精神及体力、睡眠、疼痛、家庭支持评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化舒适体位护理应用于输尿管结石微创手术患者中,不仅可以提高患者的护理满意度,还可有效改善患者的术后疼痛感、生存质量情况,值得临床广泛推广及应用。

Effects of individual comfortable position nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life of patients with minimally invasive surgery for ureteral calculi

Objective To explore the effects of individual comfortable position nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life of patients with minimally invasive surgery for ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 529 patients with ureteral calculi who underwent minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(264 cases)and study group(265 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,the study group received individual comfortable position nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss volume was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of both groups decreased,and that in the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of appetite,mental and physical strength,sleep,pain and family support of the two groups increased,and those of the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individual comfortable position nursing is applied to patients with minimally invasive surgery for ureteral calculi,it can not only improve the patients'nursing satisfaction,but also effectively improve the patients'postoperative pain and quality of life,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion and application.
